Stay away from extreme environmental conditions. Intense cold and intense heat, especially if you’re exposed to sunlight, can be harmful to your skin. This can make your skin age faster and cause things like skin cancer.

Powder makeup and foundation plays a big role in making your skin look older. So try to avoid using it. Hydration only gets more important as your skin ages, so the effects get more severe. You may find that simpler cosmetics such as mascara, lip gloss and eye liner are better suited for you.

Avoid becoming a victim of fraud. Aging people are often targeted by scammers who want to make money. Protect yourself by refusing to give your bank information to anyone, by shredding papers with personal information on them and requiring outsiders to present identification when they come to your home. These things will keep your money where it belongs: with you.

Laugh a lot. You will age well if you are happy. Spend time with your friends and learn to enjoy life. Listen to jokes, read funny books, and peruse the comedy section when you pick out movies. So no matter what, laugh often and keep your mind filled with happiness.
